As I write this I am on Day 2 of the official 3 day detox (Pradhankarma). Definitely the toughest part of the program, but so far not too bad. Pre-detox Routines to Reset your Body
I am now on Day 5 and settling into the flow of Pre-Detox or Purvakarma. I am loving the self-care routines. It feels great for this time of year and for this new season of my life.
