For Parent and Child (Birth - 18 mths)

Baby and Me Yoga provides an opportunity to enhance bonding with your baby and allows you to connect with other parents in a carefree environment.  Learn fun yoga moves to help baby relax, sleep and digest better.  While baby is content, take time to breathe, relax and restore with gentle yoga.  No yoga experience necessary!  

Mondays 9:30 - 10:30 AM              Stonewall United Church 

Winter session starts January 13th, 2020

No fee!  Free child minding for your older kids!    Drop-ins always welcome!

Little Tykes Yoga

For Parent and Child (Ages 18mths - 6 yrs)

Loosen up and let off some steam! This playful partnership of yoga & creative activities for caregiver and child will provide a great bonding experience together,  as well as an opportunity to meet and play with other families in a welcoming and carefree environment.  Learn about Yoga through crafts, stories, songs and games.   No yoga experience necessary!
