Join Heather & Angela White for an inspirational evening to nurture your entire being.
This evening combines yin yoga postures, breath, candlelight and prose for a beautiful practice that will send vibrations of self-love through your soul. End the evening with a yoga nidra practice to nourish you on all levels of the body.
No yoga experience necessary.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes for movement
- Yoga mat
- Yoga props such as blanket, pillow, etc
