1 hour Arm Balance Workshop If you’ve ever been curious about arm balances and not sure where to start, join Britt in this foundational workshop as you work towards bakasana - crow pose. You will learn the anatomical basics of crow, proper muscle engagement and alignment in order to take flight! Dive into variations of crow and learn how props can support your journey. This workshop is for everyone - no prior arm balance or yoga experience required.
