Join us for a 30 day Spring Wellness Program, to boost your well-being and infuse each day with joy and vitality! Our biology is greatly impacted by seasonal changes. It's believed that over one-quarter of our DNA changes during seasonal transitions. Spring is a time when the body’s detox pathways rev up to do some deep cleaning. Just like you might find the urge to spring clean your house, your body has the same drive inside. The body works to shed excess weight and toxins stored during the winter months and prepare you for the high-energy days of summer. In this program, we'll go over how implement appropriate changes to your daily rhythms. Living in tune with the seasons means you’ll create a better energetic flow, increase your metabolism, reset your hormones and feel more alive and energized. A great opportunity to begin or renew a daily commitment to yourself. My goal is to share with you what works for me, while keeping it simple with sustainable and enjoyable daily rituals. What to expect: - Weekly AM and PM Yoga video practices (15 min each) : featuring asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) or meditation. - Best food choices and delicious recipes for Spring to aid detoxification and optimization of digestion and organ function - Nurturing self-care practices to increase energy and promote healing - and more! This program is ideal for anyone looking for simple, accessible, holistic ways to live a more authentic and balanced life. You’ll learn practices and tips to help you live your best life!
