Ness Lambert
RYT-500 Yoga Instructor
I'm excited to join this community as a guide in the enriching practice of Yoga.
My journey with yoga started in 2016 when I entered a studio as a student, seeking to connect with my true self and find balance during a challenging time. Soon after, I began working at the studio and developing my personal practice.
This experience ignited a desire for more, leading me to the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia for my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. My passion grew, prompting a move to Costa Rica, where I completed my 300-hour YTT and became a Reiki Practitioner. I focus primarily on Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed practices, and Energy Healing, and I enjoy embracing/practicing all styles.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to foster community and support others in their journey to self-discovery. I look forward to sharing my passion and learning with all of you!

With over 25 years experience, Angela’s classes focus on the creative energy or prana that runs through our bodies and connects us with spirit. This connection builds an innate sense of magnetism and provides clarity of mind and purpose.
She has used ancient yoga techniques to heal her own body of chronic pain and finds joy in helping others on that path.
Her favourite styles to teach are hatha, kundalini and yin.
When she is not playing yoga, she can be found writing, creating adventures outdoors,
and making good food.

Britt Andrews
Certified Yoga Instructor
My yoga journey began over 12 years ago and has been a constant in my life since then. What began as curiosity and a way to move my body, turned into a deeply transformative journey. Purpose and path of the soul is the driving force of my life and I wish more people could see their inner power, strength and beauty and yoga is a practice that allows people to begin to notice these aspects within themselves, which is why I love to share it.
My yoga and movement teaching style is nurturing, creative and designed to enthral the senses. My classes are experiential in nature. I blend verbal cueing and guidance with space for silence to create an opportunity for students to experience all aspects of themselves as human beings. Weaving the mind, body and spirit through yoga is like a homecoming, and I encourage practitioners to meet themselves where they're at.
My certifications and trainings include hatha and vinyasa yoga, yoga for mental health, pre-natal yoga, reiki and spiritual life coaching. I have been teaching for over 7 years and love to offer many styles of yoga but my passion is currently rooted in flow (vinyasa), power and hot yoga.
I am truly grateful to be joining this community and cannot wait to see you on the mat!
