Course Details

This practice is a work-in as much as a work-out. Although not specifically yoga, it is blend of yoga style movement, HIIT, pilates, and calisthenics. Expect to be challenged mentally and physically, move to a fun playlist and BIG SOULFUL ENERGY. You get to choose your level of hard, so show up as you are, take breaks when needed and have fun! Pace - moderate All Levels Spice Level 🌶️🌶️🌶️
