A special weekend yoga retreat with Sandra Sammartino at Sandy Saulteaux Spiritual Centre, just outside of the town of Beausejour, Manitoba.
Sandra is looking forward to sharing with you where yoga is taking her now. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, toning and prana we will align our physical body, release emotional blockages and conditioned responses, and anchor ourself in the light. We will then enter back into our daily life with more energy and a greater awareness of our true self.
Retreat includes your own private room, all meals provided which include Friday arrival snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Check in on Friday: 4:00 - 6:30 pm. Retreat ends at 1:00 pm on Sunday.
Investment: $550.00
A deposit of $100.00 is required upon registration with balance due April 5 , 2024.
