Yoga combined with the transforming frequency of Crystal Sound is a powerful healing experience.
Experience soothing Yoga poses that activate and balance all the Chakras. A beautiful vibration sound bath will encourage deep healing and relaxation, instilling peace and harmony within.
During this evening we will:
· Ignite and Balance the Energy body
· Open and Clear main Chakra centres for optimum health and wellbeing
· Awaken and Unite to the experience of bliss through integration of Mind, Body and Spirit
