About the event
Support your body's natural ability to detox with seasonally appropriate Yoga practices. Focus on postures that stimulate the digestive system, strengthen the immune system, cleansing the whole body.
Support your mind. Encouragement to take your practice off the mat. The program also includes a Mindfulness / Meditation challenge. Great for enhancing your personal growth and development. Easing mental and emotional tension to bring your entire self into balance.
Each week you'll receive invite to join live and recordings of 3 videos, each 10 - 15 minutes in length.
Available online via Zoom at the following times:
Monday mornings 9:30 - 9:45 AM (Mindfulness/Meditation)
Tuesday evenings 8:45 PM - 9:00 PM (Restorative)
Thursday mornings at 6:45 AM - 7:00 AM (Rise & Shine Yoga)
Each session will also be recorded and shared via email to access whenever you’d like.
The Mindfulness / Meditation class will feature different themes to open and inspire your mind as well as a short meditation practice.
The Morning Class will feature postures to strengthen, balance and activate our inner fire.
The Evening Class will feature yin and restorative postures to ground, relax and restore.
