Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

Eclipses are highly transformative portals of energy. Lunar Eclipses are a powerful time to release things we no longer wish to hold onto. They tend to naturally bring closure to events and can sometimes remove things from our path that we didn’t realize were blocking our flow.  

Under all the intensity and transformative energy, we can feel zapped, off-balance, or a little more irritable than usual. It is very important to practice self-care, grounding exercises, and to get plenty of rest.  

We'll work through these energies with a gentle nourishing Moon Yoga Flow, Yoga Nidra and Cleansing Sound Bath that will encourage deep healing and relaxation, instilling peace and harmony within. 

It will be a beautiful evening! No yoga experience necessary.
