Join us for an evening to honour January's Aquarius New Moon!
Linking your practice with the moon phases connects you deeply to your inner self and allows for alignment with nature’s rhythms. Energetically and symbolically the new moon is the time of the month when everything begins. It's an opportunity to wipe the slate clean, to start fresh, and to see things from a new perspective. An opportunity to release the old and focus on the new that is emerging. It allows for a moment of nothingness where everything is possible.
We'll harness the power of this new moon with a new moon ritual, clearing away the past and setting intentions and plant seeds for the month to come. We'll discuss briefly how to realign ourselves seasonally with suitable lifestyle choices for the winter season.
Heather will also lead you through soothing Moon Salutation flow to harmonize your entire being, followed by a nourishing Yoga Nidra with live crystal sound healing. I hope you can join us, it will be a beautiful evening! No yoga experience necessary.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes for movement

- Yoga props such as blanket, pillow, etc
