Linking your practice with the moon phases connects you deeply to your inner self and allows for alignment with nature’s rhythms. This powerful New Moon aligns with the Spring Equinox, amplifying the energy, a fantastic time for new beginnings and manifestation work.
The New Moon is the perfect time to plant seeds of intention in order to manifest our hopes and dreams for the new season!
We'll harness the power of this new moon with a new moon ritual, clearing away the past and setting intentions and plant seeds for the month to come. Followed by soothing Yoga poses that activate and balance all the Chakras. A beautiful vibration sound bath that follows will encourage deep healing and relaxation, instilling peace and harmony within.
