This retreat is an opportunity for a reset, to renew your health and well-being.   It's a great remedy for anyone needing to get away from it all or if you've been feeling general stress, anxiety, or tension in the mind or body. 

Featuring yoga to work out all your kinks, stimulate your body and mind, and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease.  Enjoy cabin life - go for a walk near the lake,  take a sauna,  or simply relax.  Our evenings will feature rejuvenating soothing practices and allow for an opportunity to unwind, calm the nervous system and prepare for a healthy night of rest.

The intention is to offer you a weekend that will soothe you on every level of your being!
