Looking for a way to slow down, be present, and reconnect with body, mind and soul? How does a weekend dedicated entirely to your well-being sound? Join us for a deeply rejuvenating and inspiring weekend, held at St Benedict's Retreat Centre, a beautiful peaceful setting next to the river, just a few minutes north of Winnipeg.
The retreat will be a collaboration of amazing Yoga instructors and healers , will include delicious nourishing meals, as well as time to rest, explore nature, and connect with other like-minded souls.
My intention is to offer you a weekend that will soothe you on every level of your being!

Friday evening Unwind - Restorative Yoga including Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
Daily Morning Yoga for all levels, based on Intuitive Flow
Pranayama (breathing practices) + Meditation
Kirtan Saturday Evening

Cancellation policy: If your space can be filled by someone on waiting list, payment is refunded in full minus $25 admin fee. If not filled, payment is refunded minus $100 deposit.
