Virtual Yoga Classes

Introducing my Virtual Yoga Classes!   

To keep you motivated to practice Yoga on your own time, in the comfort of your own home!

Practicing Yoga a few times a week will greatly enhance your overall health and well-being, reduce your stress levels, and keep you in a positive mind-set.

What to expect from the program:

  • Private access to 2 yoga classes per week (via YouTube) 

  • Weekly guidance and suggestions through email; wellness tips to keep your whole body healthy and strong including seasonal recipes, self-care tips, meditation techniques, and inspirations 

Each week you will receive access to a Rise & Shine Yoga class (perfect energy boost during the day) and a Relax & Renew Yoga class (great in the evening or anytime you need to unwind).  They will be pre-recorded so you can view them anytime during the week.
