Spring Yoga Challenge

Join us for 6 week online Yoga Challenge focusing on optimal Yoga and self-care practices, as well as food tips and recipes for Spring!  Become more in tune with your whole body and your daily routines.  Understand how the simple choices we make on a daily basis greatly affect our overall health and well-being.  Science confirms that it takes roughly 40 days to fully develop a new life-promoting habit.  This challenge is a great way to begin or renew a daily commitment to yourself.
