Class Descriptions

Relax and Renew

This class is for those who are wanting to deeply relax and restore, heal their whole body at a slow and gentle pace with breathing exercises, easy yoga poses/stretches and guided relaxation. Props are used for support allowing you to hold the postures longer, which opens the body at a deeper level.  

Gentle Flow

Nourish your whole body with flowing mindful movements done at your own pace, and reap the benefits of increased flexibility, mobility and vitality.  A gentle practice of breath work, yoga postures and guided relaxation.

All Levels

Everyone is welcome.   An all levels class with the focus on increasing flexibility, alignment, and strength as well as improving focus and coordination.    Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, with modifications of poses offered.   

Continuing

Take your Yoga to the next level! This class is designed for those students who have a basic understanding of Yoga and are wanting to deepen their experience with a wider variety of breath work, yoga postures, meditation and wisdom.  Topics that may be explored include Mantras, Energy & Chakra Balancing, Ayurveda, Yoga Sutras, etc.

Meditation

Start your morning the best way!  Tune in to your whole body with conscious awareness, reduce your stress levels, and increase your patience, compassion and confidence.    Chairs will be offered.
