Learn how Yoga can benefit every body, including yours! Gift yourself this time, to boost body image, confidence and self-love. Join Heather for a "everyone is welcome", "discover what Yoga can do for you", kind of class. Because Yoga isn’t about how one looks, but how one feels! Classes at Green Acres Art Center in Teulon, MB Cost is $75 for 6 weeks. Drop-in option also available for $15 per class.
