Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement, creating a continuous flow of poses and a meditative and energizing experience. This class is designed to designed to build heat, improve stamina and enhance focus, making it a great choice for those looking to strengthen their body and calm their mind. Each session begins with grounding breathwork, followed by creative flowing sequences that seamlessly transition from one pose to the next, and concludes with a restorative cooldown and relaxation.
