Class Description
Exhale, soften, and come home to yourself. This 75-minute practice blends somatic movement, yin yoga, and restorative yoga to melt away tension and reset your nervous system. We begin with gentle somatic release - slow, mindful movements that reawaken your brain-body connection, free up stuck patterns, and invite you into a deeper felt sense of your body. Next, we move into yin postures, allowing long, supported holds to hydrate fascia, create space in the joints, and invite quiet stillness. We close with restorative rest, where your body is fully supported in dreamy comfort, signaling the parasympathetic nervous system to slow down, release stress, and restore balance. The result? A lighter body, a calmer mind, and a sense of grounded ease that lingers long after you leave the mat. No yoga experience necessary.
