Class Description

Restorative yoga involves holding poses for longer periods of times while being completely supported by props to allow a release of muscular and mental tension. This practice aids in resolving chronic stress, soothes persistent pain, and restore balance to body, mind and spirit. As you relax and breathe deeply in restorative positions, you will heal your whole body. Guided relaxation will complete this blissful experience. No yoga experience necessary. Classes available in-person (at Stonewall United Church) or online via Zoom. Each session will also be recorded to access whenever you’d like.
