Class Description

This gentle bedtime yoga practice is a great remedy for anyone feeling stress, anxiety, or tension in the mind or body. The class will be designed to help you wind down, calm the nervous system and prepare for a healthy night of rest. Prepare to feel relaxed and sleep well! Available online via Zoom. Each session will also be recorded to access whenever you’d like.
