Class Description

Mindful movement, breathing and relaxation exercises will prepare your body and mind for a 10 - 15 minute meditation practice, where we'll explore different meditation techniques. Incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life will improve your health and happiness! Becoming aware of what’s going on inside your body helps with emotional regulation and reduces stress and anxiety. Classes available in-person (at Stonewall United Church) or online via Zoom. Each session will also be recorded to access whenever you’d like.
