Class Description
An opportunity to check in with your body and get moving in a way that lowers stress, releases stagnant energy, and strengthens the mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating mental, emotional and physical well-being. Mindful movement such as QiGong, breathing and relaxation exercises will prepare your body and mind for a 10 - 15 minute meditation practice, where we'll explore different meditation techniques. Incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life will improve your health and happiness! Becoming aware of what’s going on inside your body helps with emotional regulation and reduces stress and anxiety. No yoga experience necessary.
