Module 5 Living Yoga 3 Hours Contact | 5 Hours Non-Contact Introduction to materials on Monday March 9th at 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Follow up Zoom session to review materials Sunday March 15th 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. This module explores the art of embodiment—the bridge where Yoga leaves the mat and enters our daily lives. We will weave together the wisdom of Ayurveda with the core principles of Ahimsa, Karma, and Dharma to create a personal blueprint for wellness. From mindful eating to navigating our digital world, you will learn to listen to your body’s signals and make choices that truly nourish. The Practice of Service: The non-contact hours invite you to put your practice into motion through a self-led Karma Yoga project. By offering your time or skills to a community cause and completing a written reflection, you will explore how selfless action becomes a path to spiritual growth.
