September Yoga 2020

Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your day feeling relaxed, focused and energized. Gentle flowing Yoga postures and deep breathing will stimulate your body and mind, inspiring you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a mat, blanket, eye cover, and anything else you need! Class will be held outside near parking lot, but will move to indoors (main floor of church) if weather does not permit.
September 10th - September 29th, 2020 (3 weeks)
Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings
9:30am - 10:30am
Location: Stonewall United Church (outside or inside depending on weather)
MAXIMUM: 12 participants per class, NO DROP-INS.
NOTE: THURSDAY AM CLASS NOW FULL
Note: Proper distancing and safety protocols will be followed.
Pre-screening and self-assessment will be mandatory.
Relax & Renew Yoga
Take time to nurture yourself! A therapeutic practice to release stress and restore balance to body, mind and spirit. As you relax and breathe deeply in restorative positions, you will heal your whole body. Guided relaxation will complete this blissful experience. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a mat, blanket, eye cover, and anything else you need!
