A Therapeutic Yoga Evening

Therapeutic Yoga is a supportive yoga practice done with props.  This class will be designed to accommodate specific needs of the participants. Learn fabulous yoga techniques to balance and align your whole body.  Chairs will be available for optimally-aligned posture and ease during poses.  Experience the miracle ball method to massage away tension and stress.  A sharing circle and cup of healing tea will begin our evening.  We'll end with the power of a guided Yoga Nidra - a deep state of conscious rest & relaxation.

Meditation & Mantra

Ever wonder why chanting during Yoga instills a profound sense of calm?  Mantra means "that which frees the mind",  and is a powerful meditation and therapeutic tool.  “Mantra is a sound vibration through which we mindfully focus our thoughts, our feelings, and our highest intention.”  Through repetition, that vibration sinks deeper and deeper into our consciousness and becomes a healing force igniting inner balance and well-being.   

Learn how to use Meditation & Mantra to awaken you to a new deeper level of awareness, active healing, and connect to that peaceful place inside of yourself.
