I believe that Yoga is for everyone, and I look forward to sharing it with you. The saying goes:

If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

The style of Yoga that I teach is gentle to the body. The breath is our centre and focus. When we work from a place of breath and awareness, our bodies open, our mind becomes peaceful, and prana (energy) is activated to allow deep healing for our whole body:

physical, emotional, mental, spiritual

I love teaching to a wide variety of people; beginners, continuing, prenatal, Moms & babes, kids, seniors, and those who have special considerations.
